I had a very positive experience using 174 Family Law for financial mediation, and in particular with Helen Pittard as mediator.
From the outset, Helen was professional, calm and approachable throughout what was a very high-conflict and difficult situation. One thing that made a huge difference to me personally was that shuttle mediation was accommodated throughout, including arrangements for me to attend separately and avoid unnecessary contact between parties. This helped me feel far more comfortable, relaxed and able to properly engage in the process.
